Located on the ninth floor, the Hesperia Presidente Hotel's mirrored fitness room has free weights, weight machines, treadmills and cycle machines, and a massage room (advance booking required). The gym overlooks the rooftop solarium, which offers views over the centre of Barcelona’s business district.

Eight meeting and conference rooms are available on the first and second floors, with capacity for 15 to 150 people. All rooms offer natural light and audiovisual equipment hire, and can be joined for larger groups. The business centre (surcharge) offers PCs, printers and Internet access. The 16-floor Hesperia Presidente Hotel, Barcelona, offers 151 air-conditioned guestrooms decorated in contemporary style with cream walls, grey carpets and beige patterned curtains. Beds have white and grey cotton sheets and mustard valances. Backlit tinted mirrors hang above beds, with wall-mounted reading lamps. Dark wood coffee tables sit besides mustard-coloured sofas. Mirrored wardrobes contain electronic safes. Blonde-wood desks have brushed steel lamps beneath black and white prints of the city. Televisions with satellite channels sit on black-tiled podiums containing minibars.

Bathrooms have tile floors, marble surfaces and either shower/tub combinations or walk-in massage showers.
